TITLE I--ENLISTMENT SEC. 1001. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. THERE IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO BE EXPENDED FROM APPROPRIATIONS FOR MILITARY PURPOSES (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM ACTIVE COMMITTEE TO INACTIVE COMMITTEE) 14,000,000 for fiscal year 2017, to remain available until September 30, 2018, of which, 2,100,000 shall be for procurement of military personnel and equipment.
